Over the passed year, we’ve been left to figure out better ways to remain healthy without going to a gym and other fitness centers. My best friend and I have gone out many times to run within our neighborhoods or drove somewhere unfamiliar to run and get some exercise in. If someone strange follows us or the police end up in the area, I know each of us have had our heart rates go thru the roof. Today, I want to discuss a story that will illustrate why.
