My very first Realvitalize renovation project! I first met with this client in May of 2021 and we did not get to the closing table until October of that same year. This one was a rollercoaster for both my seller and myself, but we got it done. Having to come to terms with the neglect of their home, as well as, needing my support to help her make the right decisions when it came to what would really help sell the home. Ultimately, we sold $31,000 over the price we were originally listing it at and likely $100,000 more than what we would’ve gotten if we didn’t do any work at all.
